Our Story
We are a North Carolina based non-profit, 501(c)(3) focusing on the foster and adoptive care communities, especially those little hearts at the center. Foster-care and adoption can be equally rewarding and heartbreaking for all those involved. We strive to support and help strengthen children and families who are experiencing foster care or adoption
What started out as one person's heart for children experiencing foster care and adoption, and a passion for design, became a dream, which turned into several chance encounters that eventually gave root to what is now Home Sweet Hope!

Our Vision

At Home Sweet Hope, it is our goal to bring resources, awareness, and hope to the families opening their homes and hearts but most importantly to the children on this journey hoping for a family and a home to call their own. As a Christian based non-profit, we recognize that faith and hope is the foundation of a life well lived, and our vision can be summed up best by Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." It is our firm belief, that with the right foundation for these children and families, anything is possible. If we can help provide these families and kids with a fresh start, for a new chapter, then we've been equally blessed.
Our Mission
Home Sweet Hope strives to provide domestic resources to support the families and youth in our community involved in the foster care system or that have recently been adopted. Our organization donates complete custom room designs, furniture, and installation for children that are in care. We also assist the foster and adoption community by providing new or gently used items on an emergency basis such as beds, cribs, and other home essentials that are generally needed to care for a child. We hope by providing these tangible items as well as holding annual events, we are able to strengthen and support the foster and adoption communities by bringing advocacy and awareness pertaining to the needs of the children and families as they navigate the complexities of foster care and adoption.
